Vedyx Pricing & Refund Policy

Vedyx is a learning platform designed to support neurodivergent learners through tools such as the Vedyx Leap interactive app, Simplify accessibility suite, and Worksheet Generator.
While the Vedyx Leap app remains in beta and free to access, selected features of the Worksheet Generator are now available under paid plans.

Current Pricing

Free Tier:
All users can generate up to 3 worksheets per week, which reset every Monday.

30-Day Pass (₹799):
Provides full access to unlimited worksheet generation for 30 days from the date of purchase.
This is a prepaid one-time payment. There is no automatic renewal or recurring charge.

Emergency Boost (₹149):
Allows users to instantly unlock 2 additional worksheets for the current week once their free quota is used.

All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise specified.

Refund Policy

Vedyx operates on a prepaid access model. Because access to digital content is provided immediately upon purchase, refunds are limited to specific circumstances.

In compliance with EU consumer protection laws, we offer a 14-day right of withdrawal for all purchases.
However, by accessing your learning dashboard or downloading any included digital content, you acknowledge that the service has begun and waive your right to withdrawal.

If you’d like to explore Vedyx before purchasing, we also offer a “Forever Free” plan with limited features – so you can experience the platform before committing.

You are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of payment if:

• You have not yet accessed your learning dashboard or downloaded any digital materials, and

• You request a refund within the 14-day window.

Refunds may also be approved outside this window if a verified technical issue prevents access to your purchased features and cannot be resolved by our support team within a reasonable timeframe.

Refunds, when approved, will be processed through the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Cancellations

Since the 30-Day Pass and Emergency Boost are one-time prepaid purchases, there is no ongoing subscription to cancel.
Users may choose not to renew after their current pass expires.
Your previously generated worksheets remain accessible in your account even after expiry.

Payment Security

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay for Indian users, and Dodo Payments for international payments, (coming soon).
Vedyx does not store or have access to any sensitive payment information such as card details or UPI credentials.
