Welcome to Vedyx! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of vedyx.ai and our AI-powered tutoring services. By using Vedyx, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

Vedyx Learning is owned and operated by Asgaia Labs Private Limited, an Indian company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013.

2. Who Can Use Vedyx?

✔ You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use Vedyx.
✔ If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian permission.
✔ You agree to provide accurate account information.

3. User Accounts & Security

  • You may sign up using email/password or Google login (via Firebase Authentication).

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

  • If you suspect unauthorized use, notify us immediately at [your email].

4. How Vedyx Works

  • Vedyx provides AI-powered tutoring based on your preferences.

  • The AI responses are generated using OpenAI’s API and are for educational purposes only.

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content. Please verify important information.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

By using Vedyx, you agree NOT to:
❌ Use Vedyx for illegal, harmful, or deceptive activities.
❌ Upload or share offensive, abusive, or inappropriate content.
❌ Reverse-engineer, modify, or misuse our AI-powered services.
❌ Violate the rights of others or disrupt the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies.

6. Payments & Subscriptions (If Applicable)

  • If Vedyx offers paid plans, details will be provided at the time of purchase.

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.

  • No refunds are issued unless required by law.

7. Privacy & Data Usage

Your use of Vedyx is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

  • We use Firebase for authentication and storing preferences.

  • AI-generated responses are processed via OpenAI’s API.

  • We do not sell your personal data.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Vedyx is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee:

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
